Meet our Principal and Licensee/Director, Cornerstone Commercial
Welcome to Cornerstone Commercial, where strategic vision meets exceptional results in the world of commercial property development and management. I am Kristy, the Principal and Licensee/Director at Cornerstone Commercial, and I bring over eight years of industry expertise.
I have the privilege of overseeing a diverse commercial property portfolio that spans the vibrant regions of Moreton Bay, Queensland. My mission is to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and building occupiers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive the success of your portfolio. My passion for fostering these relationships is at the heart of our accomplishments and growth.
Prior to beginning the Journey that has become Cornerstone Commercial, I served as the Business Operations Manager at Caboolture Property Developments Pty Ltd. Within my position I broadened my skills in financial management, commercial development, and real estate operations. My responsibilities were liaising with legal and planning bodies, managing trust accounts and financial reporting guaranteeing compliance and target achievements of the expanding Commercial portfolio. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances involved in commercial real estate.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to my family. I am fortunate to share life with my wonderful Husband and three children, as well as our beloved fur babies. Family time is my anchor, providing joy and balance amidst my professional endeavors and I absolutely love to garden.
At Cornerstone Commercial, my goal is not just to manage properties, but to also foster a sense of community and continuity in every project we undertake. I believe that success is built on trust, collaboration, and genuine relationships—a philosophy that I carry into both my professional and personal life. Whether I’m navigating the complexities of commercial real estate or enjoying quality time with my family and our fur babies, I strive to approach every endeavor with dedication and heart.

Hannah Manson
Client Support & Operations — Cornerstone Commercial
Hannah has been quietly supporting Kristy in the background for some time, building her knowledge in commercial property while bringing her natural strengths in client service and operations to the role. With a calm and thoughtful approach, she’s now stepping into a more visible position as Kristy’s trusted wingman.
Most recently, Hannah worked in a support coordination role where she focused on building strong, trusted relationships with clients and providing tailored assistance. She’s known for her empathy, attention to detail, and ability to make people feel heard and supported.
Earlier in her career, Hannah worked in a commercial law firm as a paralegal while studying law—managing files, preparing documents, and helping organise everything behind the scenes. Her roots in real estate go even further back, having helped in the family real estate business as a teenager, where she first learned the importance of professionalism, communication, and client care.
At Cornerstone, Hannah brings all of that experience together—legal, real estate, and client service—to support both the team and clients with a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail. She’s all about building long-term relationships and making sure the small things don’t get missed.
Pip Harris
Personal Assistant to Director
Pip plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations at Cornerstone Commercial, working closely alongside Director Kristy McMillan to ensure the business runs efficiently and seamlessly behind the scenes.
With a strong background across legal administration, residential real estate, accounts, and body corporate, Pip brings a well-rounded skill set and a sharp eye for detail to the team. Her experience across these areas has equipped her with a solid understanding of compliance, organisation, and the importance of clear, professional communication in building strong working relationships.
Known for her structured and proactive approach, Pip takes pride in keeping processes streamlined, prioritising tasks effectively, and ensuring that both clients and the team feel supported at every stage. She thrives in fast-paced environments and values consistency, reliability, and delivering a high standard of work in everything she does.
At Cornerstone Commercial, Pip plays an integral role in supporting strong client relationships, ensuring nothing is overlooked and that every interaction reflects the professionalism and care the business is known for.
Outside of work, Pip is a wife and mum of two who enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her family. She values creating a supportive and positive home environment, with a focus on honesty, nurturing, and encouraging resilience and self-belief in her children.
